1. Who We Are

The Platform is operated by THRILLA GLOBAL FZCO, incorporated at IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates. Thrilla is an AI-native digital marketplace connecting creative talent — including actors, models, DJs, photographers, videographers, production crew, and content creators — with clients including brands, agencies, and production houses across the UAE, GCC and Australia.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• If you are located in the United Arab Emirates, you acknowledge that the legal age of contractual capacity under UAE law is 21. Users aged 18–20 in the UAE warrant that they have obtained appropriate parental or guardian consent to enter into these Terms and to use the Platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law.
• If registering on behalf of a business, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Thrilla reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Account Registration

To access the Platform's full features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with third parties.
• Promptly update your information if it changes.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at support@thrilla.io.

Thrilla reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, including where these Terms are breached or where information provided is found to be inaccurate.

4. Platform Use — Talent & Clients

4.1 Talent Users

Talent users may create a profile, list expertise and skills, upload portfolio content, browse and apply for job opportunities, and interact with clients through the Platform. Talent users are responsible for the accuracy of all information in their profile, including experience, availability, and portfolio content.

4.2 Client Users

Client users may post job listings, search and browse talent profiles, and contact talent through the Platform. Client users are responsible for ensuring job listings are accurate, lawful, and comply with applicable UAE and GCC employment and commercial laws.

4.3 Acceptable Use

All users agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass the Platform to avoid fees or commissions.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the Platform.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from Thrilla.

5. Bookings, Jobs & Payments

Important notice: Thrilla does not currently facilitate, process, hold, or manage payments between talent and clients. The Platform provides tools to discover, connect, and agree on bookings. Any financial arrangements, including rates, payment timing, and terms, are agreed and managed directly between the relevant talent and client. Thrilla accepts no responsibility in connection with any financial arrangements, payment disputes, or non-payment between users.

Thrilla may introduce payment facilitation features in future. Any such features will be governed by updated Terms and relevant payment terms notified to users at the time.

5.1 Commission & Subscription Fees

Talent users are subject to commission deductions and subscription fees as published on the Platform from time to time. Current pricing is available at thrilla.io/pricing. Thrilla reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice to users.

5.2 Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellation policies for bookings are set and communicated by the relevant client at the time of posting. Thrilla is not responsible for enforcing cancellation terms between users. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in account review or suspension.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform ("User Content"), including portfolio images, videos, and profile information. By uploading User Content, you grant Thrilla a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and use your User Content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.

6.2 Thrilla's Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including brand assets, logos, copy, graphics, software, and AI systems — is the exclusive property of THRILLA GLOBAL FZCO or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6.3 Content Standards

User Content must not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, contain unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material, or violate the privacy of any individual. Thrilla reserves the right to remove content that breaches these standards without notice.

7. AI Features

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to provide features including talent matching, profile optimisation suggestions, and job recommendations ("AI Features"). AI Features are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Users should exercise their own judgement when relying on AI-generated suggestions. Thrilla is not liable for outcomes resulting from reliance on AI Feature outputs.

8. Disclaimers & No Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thrilla makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The quality, suitability, or fitness for purpose of any talent or client on the Platform.
• The accuracy or completeness of any user profile, portfolio, or listing.
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
• The outcome of any booking or commercial arrangement facilitated through the Platform.

Thrilla does not verify the identity, qualifications, credentials, or background of users beyond the information provided during registration. Users engage with one another at their own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrilla's total aggregate liability to any user arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by that user to Thrilla in the three months preceding the relevant claim, or (b) AED 500.

In no event shall Thrilla be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, loss of business, or reputational harm, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, tools, and platforms. Thrilla is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

11. Suspension & Termination

Thrilla may suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, where:

• A user breaches these Terms.
• Thrilla reasonably suspects fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity.
• A user's continued presence on the Platform poses a risk to other users or to Thrilla.

Users may delete their account at any time by contacting support@thrilla.io. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.

12. Changes to These Terms

Thrilla may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to users via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be referred to the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
